Or you can be a semi-vegetarian and occasionally eat organic eggs, Wild fish, and or poultry, but not meat. My definition of an organic athlete is an athlete which seeks to achieve Xtreme Health , maximum performance levels, and joyful living, by consuming primarily vegetarian, mostly raw, organic foods. |
