Use a cotton ball and apply it to the affected area to stop the blood from oozing out. Sometimes skin moles can bleed. So always keep the affected area clean If the moles bleed very frequently then you need to see a doctor and take appropriate medicines / supplements that aid clotting of blood.
If required use a cold compress to stop the blood. Only when you have the bleeding under control you can initiate any type of treatment to clear the spots. An excellent herbal remedy that works very well for bleeding skin moles is cumin seeds. Don't touch the mole with your hands or finger nails. Obviously the first step is to prevent the bleeding. Grind some seeds to create a paste and apply the paste to the affected area 2 -3 times a day.
