It turns out that I was using too much clarifying shampoo (about 4 times a week). I asked one of my friends to take a look at my head and I was shocked to hear that I did in fact have a receding hair line on the crown of my head. I freaked out as my family does not have a history of hair loss and I knew at my age I shouldn't be experience this time of thing. I was afraid of having a bad spot on the top of my head. One day my friends and I were talking about the fear of growing old and getting the inevitable receding hair line. I started to obsess over this bald spot and started to research reason why I would be losing hair on the top of my head.

I could not believe it and thought my friend was joking around, but I took a picture of the crown of my head and sure enough, I had a bald spot the size of a fifty cent piece on the top of head.
