Don't set your goals like I want to look better, because this goal is not measurable and you will hardly notice the progress in short period of time.. Otherwise people do not know if they are going in the right direction and motivation fades in time. So set goals that are measurable, like less kilograms. Set yourself a goal like I am going to lose 10 kilograms in three months. People do not even know what they want to achieve. I want to lose weight I want muscles I want to get in shape Goals are measurable and they should be.

Some people go to fitness because of the company others good to fitness to loose weight. They know even less, how to achieve what they want.

When you think you lost some weight, it might be that you just lost some water.
