When you are in the kitchen cooking every day for the family you need to taste the meal now and again you are cooking. While you and I can assess our food choices and say that something is a healthy source of energy, and something else is an unhealthy source of energy, the body doesn't evaluate what you give it.
You see some food is good and gives you good energy and some food is bad and gives you bad energy. Your body does not really care what you give it and do not really know that some foods are healthier than others. But the body does not really do a very intelligent job of distinguishing good energy from bad.
So if you eat unhealthy food your body has to deal with an excess of energy from the bad food and it will either convert the energy into cells/tissue, or it. If you like what you have just cooked it must be so tempting to eat more than you perhaps should. In some ways the body is very intelligent because it tells you to listen to your body when you have a pain. Being around food all day long is enough for any person to be tempted to taste the different meals you cook up and on comes the weight. |
